MASTER LAND USE PLAN
The plan will establish land use and infrastructure goals, objectives, and policies for community growth and/or redevelopment over the next 20-30 years.
THE PROCESS
Over the next year, county officials will engage the public through three phases. The first phase will focus on listening to understand community values, set a vision, and establish goals for the plan. The second phase will assess growth trends and explore forecasts for the coming decades. Through this process, alternative growth patterns will be evaluated to set priorities and understand tradeoffs. The third, and final, phase will develop strategies and actions that align with the community’s values and vision and implement the goals.
