THE PLAN

Wilson County leaders updated the Master Land Use Plan to establish goals, objectives, and policies that will guide growth and development over the next 20 to 30 years. The planning process provided an opportunity for residents, stakeholders, and community partners to participate in meaningful conversations about the future of Wilson County.
Public participation played a critical role in shaping the plan through workshops, town hall meetings, surveys, and other engagement opportunities. The input received throughout the process helped inform the vision and recommendations included in the final plan.
